1. How does adresles work?
adresles is a platform that allows you to send a product to a third party without needing to know the recipient’s address, only with the recipient’s telephone number. It’s very simple, you just have to configure your basic data and the address where you want the package to be picked up and we’ll take care of the rest.
We are adding a number of features daily, so soon you will be able to:

2. How can I send a package without knowing the delivery address?
Sending has never been so easy! It’s very simple, you just have to register with adresles, configure the address where you want the package to be picked up and add the contact from your address book (available soon in the mobile app) or manually. 4. How do I register in Adresles?
It is very simple. You just have to put your name and surname, your email (so we can validate that it is you) and your phone number.
When you have entered all the data, click on the text “Send code”. Once this is done, you will receive an access code.
About the data collected by adresles
5. Is it safe to give my personal data? How will they be used?
It is totally safe. At adresles we treat the information provided by people interested in our services in order to be able to meet your request and contract the requested service with you. Specifically, we will process your data for the provision of technical services and for shipments contracted with the transport company. In all cases, the collection and delivery data, both of the sender and the receiver, are private and confidential and are not shared. You can also consult our Privacy Policy.
6. Why have I been asked to verify my identity?
Identity verification ensures that there is a real person behind a process and confirms that this is who they claim to be, preventing both a person from carrying out a process on our behalf without express authorization, as well as the creation of false identities or the commission of fraud.
7. What happens if I change the phone number?
You can change the personal data from the section of your profile. To do this, click on My account (in the bottom navigation bar) → My profile → Phone number.
Regarding the sending and receiving of the package
8. Do I need to have a box?
Yes, you need to have a box, a bag, etc., where you can store the item depending on its dimensions. It is important that you have the package ready for when the logistics company picks it up.
9. Do I have to print the label?
No, it is not necessary. The contracted logistics service is responsible for putting the label with all the data and getting the package to its destination.
10. Can I set up multiple shipping and pickup addresses?
Yes, you can edit or create new shipping/delivery addresses from your profile section. To do this, click on My account (in the bottom navigation bar) → My profile → My addresses
11. What products can I send?
Check the list of prohibited or restricted items.
Regarding the payment and costs of the adresles service
12. What are the payment methods available?
In adresles you can pay with your VISA and MasterCard, whether they are credit or debit cards. More methods will be added in the future.
13. How is the invoice amount calculated?
The price varies depending on the size of the shipment and the amount invoiced is calculated based on the three concepts into which it is divided:
–Adresles Commission:
It is the commission for the use of addresses. To be able to continue facilitating shipments without the need to have the recipient’s address, without leaving home and with the convenience of being able to choose the time slot that best suits you.
–Logistic operator:
It is the amount received by the logistics operator contracted to carry out the shipment. This amount depends on the size and weight of the package you are going to send and what its final destination is.
–Operating expenses:
They are the financial expenses derived from the payment.
14. How do I request an invoice?
Currently, you receive a simple invoice when paying for a shipment (that is, the receiver has accepted it and you have set up a pickup address and date).
If you need a more detailed invoice, send us an email to administracion@vigorous-mirzakhani.82-223-24-219.plesk.page indicating your order number, in addition to the billing information:
– Name or company
– CIF or DNI
– Address (street, number, floor, door, …)
– Province
– Postal code
– City
15. Why is there a pending charge on my account and when will it be released?
To ensure that only actual shipments are charged, we leave the charge pending until the time the pickup is booked (that is, the receiver has accepted the shipment and you have set up a pickup date and address).
16. How can I redeem my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, you can redeem it in the Make a Shipment section, right after selecting the package size. In order to enjoy it, do not forget to validate it before finalizing the shipment.
